Stacy Andris Skalski, Director and Founder.  Stacy, a life long animal lover, has worked in animal welfare since 1999, including in various small animal veterinary clinics and as an equine, neo-natal intensive care nurse.  She and her husband, Philip, own a farm in Oldwick, New Jersey, which they share with their beloved rescue animals.  Stacy is an avid equestrian and enjoys tennis, making pottery and spinning classes.  Stacy attended St. Paul’s School in New Hampshire and holds a B.A. in Government from Hamilton College and an M.A.R. from Yale Divinity School at Yale University.

 

Sasha Holtzberg Bligh, Director.  Sasha's love for animals at an early age, which began as having cats, dogs and competitive hermit crabs, evolved into a lifelong passion.  She has been a professional dressage rider for over 10 years, training horses and competing in events all over the country.  Sasha started a family with husband, Michael, and enjoys being a mom to daughter, Fiona, and rescued pit bull Laila.  Her family is settled in Gladstone, New Jersey.  Sasha grew up in Ringwood, New Jersey and she graduated with a B.A. in Political Science from Drew University.

 

Michael Bligh, Director.  Michael was raised in Scotch Plains, New Jersey in a family of animal lovers that cared for and rescued stray animals within the neighborhood.  He married into another long line of animal lovers when he wed Sasha.  Michael is a management consultant in the financial services area and he enjoys spending time with his family and watching and playing basketball and other sports.  Michael holds an M.B.A. in Global Business Management and Accounting from Rutgers Business School and a B.S. in Finance from Villanova University.
